For standard samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days. For mass production and gas cylinder container shipping, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving deposit payment. Lead times become effective when we receive your deposit and final approval for product packaging.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made directly to our bank account: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance payable against the copy of B/L by T/T or L/C at sight.

We warranty both our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to ensure you are fully satisfied with our products. Regardless of warranty status, it is our company policy to address and resolve all client concerns to the highest standard.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we use certified high-quality export packaging. We use specialized hazards packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive materials, complying with IATA and IMDG regulations.

How about the shipping fees?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method chosen. Express delivery is the fastest but most expensive option. Ocean freight is the optimal solution for bulk volume and weight. Exact rates can be provided once order details (volume, weight, and delivery terms) are confirmed.
